Anne Rice: Guardian Interview

There was an interview with Anne Rice in the Guardian yesterday. You can read it on line at

She says more here about her much publicised fall-out with the Catholic church, but the interview is also part of the build up to the release of the second novel in her Songs of the Seraphim series:   Of Love and Evil. It is due out on November 4. I’m afraid I don’t keep up with Rice’s novels anymore, but it is apparently about Toby O’Dare, a former assassin turned envoy for angels, who time-travels to Renaissance Italy. Not sure if she is really writing Gothic anymore.
